What Is Included?

We include chairs for wedding ceremony and tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and flatware for the reception, including set-up and take-down. A 50 x 115 Tent with a silk pleated liner for the dinner hour and the ability to upgrade to clear tops in the spring and fall for the appetizer hour! There are Crystal Chandeliers and a large dance floor to accommodate your guest list. We have a 15 foot gazebo that is used for the ceremony. LED uplighting to change the color of the ceiling liner. Parking attendants and security; and of course personal attention to every detail.

How Many People Can You Accommodate?

We can accommodate up to approximately 300 guests and up to 22 overnight guests.

Can we have a rehearsal?

Yes, we encourage you to have a rehearsal and may use this facility for your rehearsal dinner pending availability.

Is alcohol allowed?

Yes, we are a BYOB facility and are not responsible for any alcohol.

Is a licensed bartender required?

This Bed and Breakfast is located in a dry township, if alcoholic beverages are being served it is required to have a RAMP certified and insured bartender. Both required caterers will provide these services.

Do you allow the use of dishes and china?

We are ProGreen, no plastic or paper products are permitted. China, glassware, and flatware are included with this venue.

Do you provide a DJ?

We do not but we have recommendations, please consult our coordinator for details, or view our preferred vendors page.

Can You Recommend A DJ, Caterer, Officiate, Photographer, Cake Designer, Etc?

We do have recommended vendors that are approved to provide services. If you have someone different in mind they must get approval from our coordinator. You can view our preferred vendors page for more information.

What kind of chairs do you provide?

White Garden Chairs for your ceremony and Fruitwood Chiavari Chairs for your formal reception are provided, as well as event furniture in the reception area of the tent.

What happens in case of inclement weather?

Unfortunately, we have no control over the weather, but we do have side-walls for our tent and also have tent heaters in colder weather. The side-walls have windows for a very elegant look. We have the most state of the art, weather resistant, outdoor banquet facility. An outdoor ceremony location can be easily and quickly moved to our indoor (under the tent) location.

What time can we begin set-up on our wedding day?

Setting up for your wedding depends on whether you rent the house for the night of rehearsal or not. Specific arrangements can be discussed, please consult our coordinator for details
